Privacy Policy

DinnerElite watches restaurant reservation availability and emails you when a table opens. This page says what we store to do that, who else touches it, and how you get rid of it.
What we collect
- Your email address and password hash, so you can sign in. We never see your password itself.
- The restaurants on your watchlist and the dates, times, and party sizes you asked us to watch.
- Your plan and billing status. Card numbers go straight to Stripe. They never reach our servers.
- Basic usage analytics: pages viewed, country, device type, and the site that referred you.
Why we collect it
To run your alerts, to bill the right plan, to answer your support messages, and to see which pages people actually use. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase, for accounts and the database.
- Vercel, for hosting.
- Stripe, for payments.
- Resend, for the alert and onboarding emails.
- Crisp, for the support chat.
- DataFast, for privacy-friendly traffic analytics.
Each one handles only the data it needs, under its own privacy terms.
Cookies
We set a session cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics is cookie-light and does not follow you across other sites. The support chat sets its own cookie when you open it.
How long we keep it
Account and watchlist data lives as long as your account does. Delete your account and we remove it, except for billing records we have to keep for tax and accounting law. Email logs roll off after 90 days.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Every alert and onboarding email carries a one-click unsubscribe that works without signing in. For anything else, ask us and we will do it.
Children
DinnerElite is not for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. You get an email for anything material.
