DinnerElite is a reservation-alert service for New York restaurants that are hard to book. We watch 224 rooms across Resy and OpenTable around the clock and email you the moment a table matching your date, time, and party size appears.

How does DinnerElite track availability?

We poll each restaurant's public booking calendar on a schedule tuned to how that room releases tables. Some drop a fixed window at a fixed hour, like Carbone at 10am for 30 days out. Others release cancellations at random. The polling interval follows the pattern we have measured for that restaurant, so we check the rooms that move fast more often than the ones that do not.

Everything we publish about drop times comes from our own tracking, and we date it. When a restaurant changes its window, the page changes with it. Read the current data on the hardest reservations in NYC ranking or the per-restaurant drop-time guides.

Does DinnerElite book tables for me?

On the Free and Premium plans, no. We send you an alert with a direct booking link and you book it yourself. That is the honest description of the product: it is a monitor, not a bot. The one exception is the Expert plan, where a person on our team books the table for you. See the plan comparison for what each tier includes. The free plan watches 1 restaurant. That is the limit.

Is DinnerElite affiliated with Resy or OpenTable?

No. We are independent and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Resy, OpenTable, Tock, or any restaurant we track. We read the same public availability you can read yourself. We just do it every few minutes instead of when you remember to.

What DinnerElite cannot do

We cannot make a table exist. If a restaurant never releases a cancellation for your date, no alert arrives, and some nights that is what happens. We also cannot hold a table for you. Alerts go to everyone watching that restaurant, so the booking link is first come, first served.
